I don't care whether it be a male or female as
long as they are CAPABLE of doing the job properly

sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?
I do not agree with a preference for one sex
or the other

Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they
adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying
Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?
Yes, I believe the result could be biased

Bill?
Yes the wrong person could be picked
What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment
of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?
It would be biased
What are your views on the balance between the information
contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate
legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate
legislation appropriate?
I do not believe it would be a balanced
decision.
I also don't think Welsh Ministers should have
the powers to do this
